Minimally Invasive Surgery for A Female Patient with Severe Flat Chest

Medical History

The patient is a young woman who has been relatively thin and tall since childhood. During puberty, she experienced a growth spurt that made her noticeably taller than her peers, with her anterior chest wall gradually flattening.

Surgical Overview

Two bars were utilized to perform the Wung procedure.  The surgery went successfully, and the deformity was corrected, restoring the normal appearance of the chest wall.
